Welcome to Recovery Co-Pilot. By using our mobile application, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

About the App

Recovery Co-Pilot is a recovery support tool designed to help people in 12-step addiction recovery programs. It is NOT a medical service, therapy, crisis intervention, or substitute for professional treatment. The app does not provide medical advice.

Users are responsible for their own recovery decisions. We are not liable for any decisions made based on information or features provided in the app.

Eligibility

You must be 17 years or older to use Recovery Co-Pilot. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You may create one account per person. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the platform.

Subscriptions

Recovery Co-Pilot offers a free tier and an optional premium subscription, Recovery Co-Pilot Premium, for $1.99 per month.

Your subscription automatically renews monthly unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Payment will be charged to your account at confirmation of purchase and renewed through the platform associated with your purchase.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device account settings. If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods except where required by law. Subscription pricing may change, and any changes will be communicated in advance where required.

User Content

Content you create in the app, including journal entries, step work notes, inventories, sponsorship data, and other personal recovery information, belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of your content.

By using the community features, including activity feed, meeting plans, and friend connections, you grant Recovery Co-Pilot a limited license to display your shared content to your approved connections within the app.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any illegal purpose

• Harass or harm other users

• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data

• Reverse engineer or modify the app

• Use the app to distribute spam or malicious content

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

Intellectual Property

Recovery Co-Pilot, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by Recovery Co-Pilot LLC. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without our permission.

No Warranty

The app is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Recovery Co-Pilot LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or website. Continued use of the app after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
